How can I make booking here?
No matter where you live, you can make villa/hotel, car rental, tour, criuse booking in advance. During peak seasons, we cannot gurantee the availaibilty therefore, you should book at least two weeks in advance. Start looking for available villa/hotel, car rental, tour, criuse follow three simple steps as mentioned below.
  • Go to home page
  • Search for available products and select the product for more details.
  • Enter guests information and add it to booking cart. You may add more products to the cart by repeating above step.
  • Finally make payment and make reservation(s). That is it!
After payement is completed, you will receive confirmation code via email in few seconds. Some tour operators confirm the booking in 48 hours. Therefore, you may like to re-check your email for confirmation code after 48 hours. You can show digital copy on mobile device or print copy of the reservation when you arive at the picup point or at site.
How can I change booking?
Some bookings allow you to make changes to your reservation. You can email or call us to make changes to reservation.

  • Some hotels, villa owners, tour operators and cruise operators may impose non-refundable rate plans or fees that we are required to pass on to you. Penalty fees are highest when cancellations occur within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in date.
  • Some hotel rooms are fully refundable, while others cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • We cannot guarantee the same room type or rates as your original reservation.
  • We recommend you make changes as early as possible.

When is the peak season and low season?
Peak seasons vary depending up on where you are going and in which continent. For example peak season in Caribbean countries and nearby countries in South American continent is between November to March and between June to August. Other months are low season for this region. Please note that during peak seasons, we cannot gurantee the availaibilty therefore, you should make your reservations at least two weeks in advance.
How can I cancel bookings?
You can cancel most bookings by contcating us via email, chat or over the phone at least one week in advance. In some cases, you will have to pay a cancellation fee. If you booked a non-refundable hotel, you will have to pay the entire cost of your stay. Check the Rules and Restrictions in your itinerary for details.
What is classiquetravel's refund policy?
Because classiquetravel.com is a search engine, not a seller, we don't have a refund policy -- that's handled solely by the provider that confirmed your trip or room. Not sure what company to talk to? Check your booking email to locate your provider's information.
Do you offer package deals and how can I know your future deals?
You can see current package deals cat packages deals section on home page. Time-to-time we send package deals on various products to our subscribers and customers. If you are our customer then you would geat deals information via email. Not our customer! No problem. Go to home page and scroll down. Click on "Subscribe for Promotional Offers" and submit your contact information. That is it! You will start receiving package deals information very soon.
We are travelling in large group. Can we use this site for booking a large group?
Each product displayed here has group size (number of members). If your group size is bigger than the displayed group size on the product then we advice your to contact us via email or chat or over the phone. Our representative will be happy to assist you and make a booking for you.

After you have double checked that the email address we have for you is correct, next check your spam, bulk or junk folders in your email program.
Your email program should allow you to select what emails are legitimate and which emails are marked as junk or spam. If you find a classiquetravel email in one of these folders, make sure to mark the mesage as not junk. This ensures that all future correspondence with classiquetravel will be accepted.

Can I book for another person?
If you want to pay for someone else's reservation, you can absolutely do that. However, you'll need to make sure that when you enter guests details, the name you put on the ticket matches the traveler's ID exactly. Also, be aware that many cruise company charge a substantial change fee if any information needs to be edited after the ticket has been confirmed.
I see star ratings on products. Where do the star ratings come from?
Star ratings are based on the feedback received from our esteemed customers, ratings supplied by provider themselves as well as online travel agencies that sell products.
